A quiet revolution, one village at a time.
Gramtek began where most conversations end — around menstrual health. What started with a sanitary pad grew into a self-reliant rural commerce ecosystem.
A rural economy that feeds itself.
A self-reliant rural commerce ecosystem where women lead, farmers earn fairly and every household is served with dignity. Ramtek, Parseoni and Mauda are our starting point — not our ceiling.
Freedom
Freedom to move, to earn, to decide. Freedom from silence around menstruation and from dependence on distant markets.
Self-dependence
A village that sources, sells and serves itself. Local farmers, local products, local delivery.
Empowerment
Every Sakhi is a business owner, a health worker and a change-maker rolled into one.

It began with a sanitary pad.
The movement began with a simple, radical idea — put free sanitary pads in the hands of every woman in every village. In doing so, we discovered that the woman handing over the pad became the trusted node for schemes, health, and finance. The Digital Sakhi was born.
“Every rural woman is one opportunity away from becoming indispensable.”
Hon. Ashish Jaiswal (Minister of State) recognized the gap early, generated employment through the Sakhi network, and continues to guide operations. His conviction turned a distribution program into a movement.
